The Good Fight, released September 25, 2020, is a concept album I’m so incredibly proud to present to you. The notion of “fighting the good fight” has been my ethos over the last two-and-a-half years that I’ve worked on this album, and seeing it come to fruition has been an awesome experience.
The story of the album follows a young man who moves to a new city, ready to face the new and exciting world ahead of him. He knows there will be challenges ahead of him, but he is ready to face them – to “fight the good fight”, as it were
Once moved to this city, he meets and falls in love with a girl who becomes everything to him. And when she cheats on him and they break up, his world his shattered. From here, he is left on his own to discover that “fighting the good fight” isn’t about standing and fighting when everything is going good – it’s about standing and fight when everything isn’t.
